About Dr Madhavi Ranjit Sawant

Madhavi is an Ayurvedic Doctor and completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicines and Surgery [B.A.M.S.] from Mumbai University. She has completed her Masters in Counseling from IBMS Chittoor and holds a Diploma in Naturopathy from Nasik. Apart from this, she holds a Certification in Global Career counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and a Green Belt Certification from Global Career counseling from Univariety, Singapore. She has attended workshops on inclusive education and has an excellent command over English, Hindi and Marathi languages.

Apart from her academic achievements, Dr Madhavi has received numerous accolades for her career milestones. She holds more than 10 years of experience in student counseling. She is attached to various social organizations like Swayamsiddha, Rotary club, Mahila Dakshata Samiti and Inner wheel club and through them, she has created awareness about Adolescent Education, life skill development workshops and Ideal Parenting. She had successfully implemented Inclusive Education for the students of the reputed school in Kolhapur. Presently she is guiding the students successfully for their right Career options and bright future in Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla International School at Peth Vadgaon, Kolhapur [recipient of The Achievers Of South Maharashtra-2020 Award By The Times Group] Effective implementation of Psychometric test /Aptitude test with updated information about career options are the major tools used for student’s betterment. She is awarded the Best Employee Award at Shri Shahu Shikshan Prasarak Seva Mandal, Peth Vadgaon -one of the most reputed educational institutes in Western Maharashtra.
